Thanks to Amy, I bring you…

Mmmm. Weight Watchers recipe cards. Circa 1974. Don't be shy! Pick out something for your family tonight. Show 'em how much you love them. Because I know, if my mom made Fluffy Mackerel Pudding, I'd feel loved. I'd probably be feeling a lot more than that by the end of the night.

Take a look-see. Leave your faves in the comments. And be sure to thank Amy for this Friday gem.

I'm going fish balls. I'd be crazy thin if I tried to eat those.

But the Frankfurter Spectacular is definitely worth noting. I mean, how many WW points are in a serving of that???

I think you might be on to something. It must not matter how many points these dishes have. They're so nasty, you don't eat, you get crazy thin. Works like a charm.

I usually will eat everything that comes in a ramekin. I will now revise that to ALMOST anything that comes in one. Maybe there should be a rule that only things that involve sugar should come in that size....
